Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stanislaw Koczara started the match with the kick off. In the 2ndth minute of the game Axel Tasis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Edwardów's Cezary Kaczeniak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils Friberger got free with Benito Sanz in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 8 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. Stanislaw Koczaras short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Piotr Malinowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Cezary Kaczeniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stanislaw Koczara. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Stanislaw Koczara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. The Edwardów fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Edwardów's Gao Yin Yang looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 28 minutes into the game, Nils Friberger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Cezary Kaczeniak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Nils Friberger scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 6-0. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gao Yin Yang in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Edwardów's Stanislaw Koczara dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 7-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stanislaw Koczara got free with Benito Sanz in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52ndth minute of the game Gao Yin Yang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gao Yin Yang in the 57th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislaw Koczara, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gao Yin Yang in the 61st minute of play. In the 66th minute, Nils Friberger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Friberger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Juan Rubio. Edwardów's Lukasz Makomaski was substituted for Stanislaw Koczara. In the 73rd minute, Juan Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zhou Rong Hui took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Gao Yin Yang notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Edwardów's Kilian Mbappè got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 81st minute of play forced Edwardów's goalkeeper Cezary Kaczeniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gao Yin Yang in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. 84 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cezary Kaczeniak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Abel Carballo fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Abel Carballo a yellow card for diving instead. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lukasz Makomaski's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukasz Makomaski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwardów walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
