Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Laurita FC's Mario Alberto Kempes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Du Zheng Rong might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Du Zheng Rong ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Laurita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esa Garcha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaime Cazalla took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arnulfo Kinsen. Laurita FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, Laurita FC's Mario Alberto Kempes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, Laurita FC's Joaquin Gayoso threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mario Alberto Kempes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arturo Carvallo got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jaime Cazalla. 19 minutes into the game, Mario Alberto Kempes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. Mario Alberto Kempes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Mario Alberto Kempes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 24th minute of play forced Laurita FC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Kinsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a free kick in the 26th minute. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Alberto Kempes in the 28th minute of play. After 29 minutes Uruguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Esa Garcha who took care of the corner kick. In the 29th minute, Jaime Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esa Garcha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 31 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Carvallo. Maximiliano Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Mario Alberto Kempes scored 3-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arnulfo Kinsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mario Alberto Kempes scored 4-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arnulfo Kinsen made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th match minute, Laurita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esa Garcha to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Laurita FC's Arnulfo Kinsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Laurita FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Kevin Carballal hit a great ball. Laurita FC made a substitution. Šair Lupin replaced Mario Alberto Kempes. In the 74th minute, Kevin Carballal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 minutes of play, Laurita FC's Šair Lupin made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 78thth minute of the game Šair Lupin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Laurita FC fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Laurita FC's Šair Lupin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 83 minutes into the game, Šair Lupin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 90th minute, Šair Lupin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. In the 92nd minute, Maximiliano Escribano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Šair Lupin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Laurita FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
