Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abram Sarmiento got the match started through his kick off. In the 6thth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clube do Remo MZ's Wachirapong Wattanachinda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Axel Montenegro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wachirapong Wattanachinda skillfully saved the ball. Tiaguinho Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baal Grunberg struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clube do Remo MZ. 17 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baal Grunberg. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. After 21 played minutes Clube do Remo MZ got a freekick which was hit by Tiaguinho Mandrak. 23 minutes into the match, Clube do Remo MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Mastache came free, but Wachirapong Wattanachinda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Clube do Remo MZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Colombia's Luis Cazalla to fire away a dangerous shot which Wachirapong Wattanachinda despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Baal Grunberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Baal Grunberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baal Grunberg had several of the Colombia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 29 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Pedro Manzanares as he didn't even see the shot coming. Wachirapong Wattanachinda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 33rd minute of play. Axel Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Wachirapong Wattanachinda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wachirapong Wattanachinda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Tafalla lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Colombia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Clube do Remo MZ:s goal. Colombia:s Pedro Manzanares showed great skill when he stopped Dagoberto Sandoval:s penalty. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Virgill Van Dijk in the 48th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baal Grunberg to make the kick off. A collision led to Clube do Remo MZ getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Didi Mello hit a great ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Sandoval in the 54th minute of play. Wachirapong Wattanachinda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 61st minute of play. In the 66th minute Didi Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 68th minute of play forced Clube do Remo MZ's goalkeeper Wachirapong Wattanachinda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Abram Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Dagoberto Sandoval made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombia's Ignacio Mastache. Baal Grunberg took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Baal Grunberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Dagoberto Sandoval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kevin Mastache got free with Wachirapong Wattanachinda in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 93 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Carballar. Clube do Remo MZ were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
