Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Carlo Monni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Śląsk Bytom's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlo Monni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 5th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 23 minutes, Ulryk Miazga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Śląsk Bytom's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulryk Miazga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Śląsk Bytom's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Antoni Brama reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hakkı Elçin came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Śląsk Bytom fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hakkı Elçin couldn't finish the play. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antoni Brama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Maciej Wietz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antoni Brama. Śląsk Bytom's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustín Saelices was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Carlo Monni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 47th minute Carlo Monni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Śląsk Bytom players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlo Monni made a kick off. Carlo Monni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Śląsk Bytom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roch Zajonc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hakkı Elçin in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roch Zajonc who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Carlo Monni got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 66th match minute, Śląsk Bytom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Elçin to maneuver through the defense. Hakkı Elçin hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Antoni Brama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute of play forced Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Antoni Brama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Sancho during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Antoni Brama made a huge save. Śląsk Bytom's Antoni Brama proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Śląsk Bytom from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Luis Andino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Antoni Brama quite easily take care of the ball. Antoni Brama stood somewhat misplaced when Felix Montenegro came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 83 minute. In the 87th match minute, Śląsk Bytom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maciej Wietz to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 played minutes Śląsk Bytom got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Elçin. The Śląsk Bytom fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
