Lautaro Navarro was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Adrianinho Meirelles capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adrianinho Meirelles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After having played for 33 minutes, 温海乐 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WOLVES FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but 温海乐 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrianinho Meirelles was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, WOLVES FC's Samuel Goito got a free kick in the 50th minute. In the 52ndth minute of the game Adrianinho Meirelles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. WOLVES FC's Adrianinho Meirelles got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. WOLVES FC made a substitution. Ricki Dresager replaced Adrianinho Meirelles. WOLVES FC's Rafa Lojewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save WOLVES FC from getting a goal against them. In the 62nd minute, Ricki Dresager made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Ricki Dresager took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The WOLVES FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Honduras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
