Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Grabiel Escorcia took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes of play, Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! José Luis Rodríguez kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grabiel Escorcia in the 9th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Cristiano Aveiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Chile booed when Nacional was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damiano Fioravanti didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Grabiel Escorcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. After having played for 19 minutes, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Lacasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jose Manzanedo hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Thiago Pliego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 34th minute Grabiel Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. Grabiel Escorcia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Cristiano Aveiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nacional were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xu Sha took the corner. 62 minutes into the match, Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 63 played minutes Nacional got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Gayoso. After having played for 73 minutes, Grabiel Escorcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grabiel Escorcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Grabiel Escorcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional's supporters rose to their feet, but Grabiel Escorcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute Grabiel Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Grabiel Escorcia notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grabiel Escorcia in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xu Sha was slow to take the kick. During this time Nacional's players had a chance to rest. In the 89th minute, Grabiel Escorcia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nacional fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Cristiano Aveiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 93rd minute. Orlando Casaus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nacional fans cheered their team off the field, for while Chile had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
