Noel Seide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK Gullegem. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jos Van Boeckost in the 12th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Edmond Walder managed to get in a good position for a shot. SK Gullegem's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmond Walder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noel Seide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Noel Seide made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albertus Reijdams in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Edmond Walder came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noel Seide was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute Yanne Van Beneden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yelle Van Damme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmond Walder to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Jean Claude Ulysse. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmond Walder, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Albertus Reijdams had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Noel Seide. Haiti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albertus Reijdams was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 60 minutes into the game, SK Gullegem's Edmond Walder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Noel Seide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When Yanne Van Beneden came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the SK Gullegem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yanne Van Beneden couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute Albertus Reijdams shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SK Gullegem getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jos Van Boeckost hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertus Reijdams in the 71st minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 75 minutes of play, SK Gullegem's Yanne Van Beneden made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
