Leonardo Leoz made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Barcellos Mineiro FC's Boyd Kaufman. Patricio Ugutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 30th minute of play. Patricio Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 33rd minute of the match. Mexico's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dale Dolar 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. Patricio Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 38th minute of the match. A collision led to Barcellos Mineiro FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Amerigo Gervasi hit a great ball. Patricio Ugutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Joel Gaona hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Patricio Ugutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dale Dolar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Patricio Ugutz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Barcellos Mineiro FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Barcellos Mineiro FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Leoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute Dale Dolar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The attack was good, but when Dale Dolar in the 73rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Patricio Ugutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amerigo Gervasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barcellos Mineiro FC made a substitution. Jorge Carrascal replaced Dale Dolar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Carrascal in the 90th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Barcellos Mineiro FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Leoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Barcellos Mineiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Patricio Ugutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
