Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marciano Hever was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marciano Hever prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Illescas's late challenge caught a Perrucho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Illescas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Blas Uzuri got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 16 minutes into the match, Perrucho FC's Blas Uzuri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Daniel Pepillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Perrucho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. In the 17th minute, Daniel Pepillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marciano Hever, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marciano Hever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Perrucho FC's goalkeeper Marciano Hever, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Tomas Illescas sped through Perrucho FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marciano Hever. In the 43rd match minute, Perrucho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleuterio Ezkerra to maneuver through the defense. Marciano Hever stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Daniel Pepillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Marciano Hever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blas Uzuri to make the kick off. Daniel Pepillo made in the 52nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Eulalio Francis. 54 minutes into the match, Perrucho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Marciano Hever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Hever made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 57th minute. Daniel Pepillo was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Perrucho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Pepillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marciano Hever having to make a save. In the 73rd minute, one of Perrucho FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Perrucho FC. Marciano Hever went to the wrong direction when Tomas Illescas was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marciano Hever breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Marciano Hever made a huge save. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 90th minute, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marciano Hever. Marciano Hever yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. An unexpected shot in the 98th minute by Tomas Illescas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Venezuela's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
