The Haiti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 32 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Alphonse. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flávio Dantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, Warren FC - DMZ's Erivaldo de Mendonça got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 41 played minutes, Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aírton Moraes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Haiti reached it. After 45 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Ernso Constant. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flávio Dantas made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Flávio Dantas made a precise shot to the right of Noel Seide. Haiti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. The throw-in from Perivaldo de Lima in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Haiti's Rodney Emmanuel. The supporters of Warren FC - DMZ booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Claude Ulysse didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute Flávio Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 66 minutes into the game, when Saint Jean Pierre put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Haiti fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! In the 81st minute Felippe Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felippe Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Warren in the 93rd minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Warren FC - DMZ had played much better football throughout.
