Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmundo Espiga took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 6th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Abuba Akotonon FC booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Espiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Cecilio Tristan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Tristan in the 10th minute of the match. A hard shot 14 in the game by Cecilio Tristan from a close distance when the talented Lautaro Navarro managed to make a qualified save. Honduras's players were relieved. Cecilio Tristan had several of the Honduras's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Lautaro Navarro as he didn't even see the shot coming. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Tristan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cecilio Tristan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Lautaro Navarro 22 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Emanuel Aurre in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. In the 25th minute, Cecilio Tristan made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 27 played minutes Abuba Akotonon FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Rey. Cecilio Tristan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. In the 33rd minute, Cecilio Tristan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lautaro Navarro. The goal made the score 4-0. Esteban Carvallo charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteban Carvallo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Esteban Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Vânderson Barbosa had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Luca Espinar charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luca Espinar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Genaro Elivareo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Honduras's Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute, Cecilio Tristan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Genaro Elivareo kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Orlando Gatti was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 53rd match minute, Abuba Akotonon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Rey to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Garay in the 57th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Cecilio Tristan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Cecilio Tristan notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cecilio Tristan scored 7-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebastian Villa hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Sebastian Villa sent off a good shot on target. Ramón Garay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. A collision led to Abuba Akotonon FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ramiro Rey hit a great ball. In the last second Hugo Orlando Gatti throw himself and got hold of the ball when Edmundo Espiga in the 81stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Genaro Elivareo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Tristan in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 86th minute of the match. Abuba Akotonon FC made a substitution. Emiliano Enol replaced Cecilio Tristan. After 93 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Abuba Akotonon FC.
