Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihai Cernei in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mihai Cernei did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Bruno Barrett 24 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihai Cernei in the 29th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 34 in the game by Mihai Cernei from a close distance when the talented Bruno Barrett managed to make a qualified save. Curacao's players were relieved. Viorel Agapie kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Stanley Wallace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Dumitru Musteatã ran back to his position shaking his head. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Cernei in the 66th minute of play. Cristian Curagãu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kyle Davies to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihai Cernei, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Charlotte Hornets Sport had won after a very even match.
