Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Gernando Pernambucano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Gernando Pernambucano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 5 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oséias Palmeira. Borussia Dortmund MZB's Angelo Peruzzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 10th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Borussia Dortmund MZB's Gernando Pernambucano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. In the 22nd minute, Abram Sarmiento made a precise shot to the right of Angelo Peruzzi. Borussia Dortmund MZB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Gernando Pernambucano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but Gernando Pernambucano slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 28th minute. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Gernando Pernambucano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gernando Pernambucano really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Borussia Dortmund MZB's attentive Guga Capixaba managed to snatch the ball when Antonio Indiano made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gernando Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Gernando Pernambucano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Kevin Mastache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund MZB's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Angelo Peruzzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ale Nesta hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Pernambucano came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Montenegro got free with Angelo Peruzzi in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Axel Montenegro came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Angelo Peruzzi could save by the left post. Ale Nesta kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Blasi in the 90th minute of the match. Angelo Peruzzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, Abram Secada notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Borussia Dortmund MZB's Angelo Peruzzi. Angelo Peruzzi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
