Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abram Sarmiento started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abram Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Salvidor having to make a save. In the 13th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Camilo Salvidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Salvidor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 28th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Gorri in the 29th minute of play. Abram Sarmiento took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Salvidor. Camilo Salvidor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Colombia's Axel Montenegro in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Menchu FC's goalie prevented a goal. Camilo Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 43rd minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Camilo Salvidor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Gabriele Batistuta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

In the 55th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colombia's Kevin Mastache was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Camilo Salvidor in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Firmo in the 60th minute of the match. Colombia's Antonio Indiano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Armando Roland in the 63 minute of the game. After having played for 66 minutes, Armando Roland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menchu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Roland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdoulay Doucouré in the 70th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Menchu FC's Peter Söderqwist got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute of the match, Abram Secada tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Camilo Salvidor saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Firmo in the 77th minute of the match. Gaston Firmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Firmo came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacio Mastache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abdoulay Doucouré fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Pascual Carballar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Camilo Salvidor made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Firmo in the 90th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Kevin Mastache got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Colombia players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Menchu FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
