In the 14th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Espiga to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute 柳岚鸿 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute of the match 福建宁德活塞队 got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 程奕珂 ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in 许政寒 heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 25th minute, Luca Espinar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 福建宁德活塞队's 程奕珂 shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 25th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lautaro Navarro but with some difficulty. 27 minutes into the match, 福建宁德活塞队's 柯默渊 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 39 minutes, Emanuel Ocampo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the 福建宁德活塞队 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute, Emanuel Ocampo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, 方桑正 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and 方桑正 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 柯默渊 kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half Honduras were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, 福建宁德活塞队's 狄昂松 got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 52nd minute 方桑正 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmundo Espiga had several of the 福建宁德活塞队's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 55 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed 狄昂松 as he didn't even see the shot coming. 60 minutes into the match, 柳岚鸿 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 柳岚鸿 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Lautaro Navarro didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when 福建宁德活塞队's 方桑正 shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-3 in the ordered_time% minute. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, 柳岚鸿 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and 柳岚鸿 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 狄昂松. 狄昂松 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. After a defensive mix-up in 福建宁德活塞队's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 狄昂松 came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute 柳岚鸿 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 柳岚鸿 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 狄昂松 having to interfere. 福建宁德活塞队's 程奕珂 got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Honduras walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
