Jan-Erik Magnusson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Noel Seide stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Erik Magnusson's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. If Jan-Erik Magnusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th minute Jan-Erik Magnusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18th play minutes Jan-Erik Magnusson shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Noel Seide and just under the crossbar into goal. Julián Casado kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Noel Seide stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Erik Magnusson's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Jan-Erik Magnusson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Noel Seide having to make a save. Jan-Erik Magnusson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 31st playminute. Jonathan Alphonse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sarracino De la Rosa having to interfere. Noel Seide was a little too slow when Jan-Erik Magnusson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 4-0. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Erik Magnusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Jan-Erik Magnusson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan-Erik Magnusson to make the kick off. In the 56th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernso Constant to maneuver through the defense. Lluis Idiaquez, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Jonathan Alphonse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haiti's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Alphonse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sarracino De la Rosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jean Claude Ulysse kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Jan-Erik Magnusson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Romano Vallejo came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Erik Magnusson might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Noel Seide. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan-Erik Magnusson ran back to his position shaking his head. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Erik Magnusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Haiti's attentive Jean Marie Alcius managed to snatch the ball when Lluis Idiaquez made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. In the 82nd minute, Romano Vallejo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cebollas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Cebollas's Jan-Erik Magnusson got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan-Erik Magnusson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Erik Magnusson in the 87th minute of play. Jean Claude Ulysse hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. If Romano Vallejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
