Camilo Freixa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Krisztián Véber. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Renato Augusto got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 17 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Gallo. In the 18th minute, Renato Augusto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.E.R. Caxias do Sul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 21 played minutes, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Krisztián Véber shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Camilo Freixa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in S.E.R. Caxias do Sul reached it. With his leg Camilo Freixa managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Renato Augusto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 27 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolivia and the S.E.R. Caxias do Sul players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivia's zone, Renato Augusto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal and Renato Augusto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 67 minutes, Renato Augusto made it 11-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute Lei Feng Yan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renato Augusto scored 12-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Freixa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renato Augusto went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score.
