Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Mi querida Fabiola's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Shao Bing Bo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Orlin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Mi querida Fabiola's Lionel-Andrés Massi got a free kick in the 34th minute. Mi querida Fabiola's Shao Bing Bo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 35th minute of play. Mi querida Fabiola were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Isidro Orlin took the corner. Mi querida Fabiola's Shao Bing Bo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute of play. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shao Bing Bo. Shao Bing Bo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Mi querida Fabiola's Emilio Fertus got a free kick in the 51st minute. Shao Bing Bo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute, Isidro Orlin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Isidro Orlin came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Mi querida Fabiola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Orlin couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Mi querida Fabiola's Emilio Fertus quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 75th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Mi querida Fabiola's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mi querida Fabiola's Romeo Bikendi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Primitivo Andino in the 83 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 86th minute. Shao Bing Bo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 93rd minute.
