When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Constantino Lartaun sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. There was no doubt that Expreso del oeste were the better team. Expreso del oeste's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
