Grimório's Tõnis Kaldvee got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Tõnis Kaldvee off the ground. In the 46th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Wawrzyniec Niedziela. Grimório's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Wawrzyniec Niedziela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Cristian Sancho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Wawrzyniec Niedziela when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kajar Püss in the 74th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grimório made a substitution. Joel Lüüs replaced Renaud Van de Put. Grimório's Olavi Normak was substituted for Ragnar Lemmik. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alo Ülipikk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wawrzyniec Niedziela having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Wawrzyniec Niedziela in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kusti Jaas hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
