The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arnaldo Quilino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Lixandro having to interfere. MORPH's Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marco Lixandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nacho Gol in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nacho Gol in the 13th minute of play forced MORPH's goalkeeper Marco Lixandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conrado Salvadore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Lixandro having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Nacho Gol made a precise shot to the right of Marco Lixandro. MORPH's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. MORPH's Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Shuspendemo. Marco Lixandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Garin in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Conrado Salvadore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Lixandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Lixandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Salvadore, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Shuspendemo's Melchor Cordaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo-Hernán Garnacho in the 28th minute of play. Nacho Gol hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When Carlos Millano fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shuspendemo's protests and gave Carlos Millano a yellow card for diving instead. Conrado Salvadore scored 0-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Lixandro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nacho Gol made a kick off. Shuspendemo's Melchor Cordaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo-Hernán Garnacho in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Shuspendemo booed when MORPH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Cesaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th match minute, MORPH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Cesaro to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Zaid Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Shuspendemo's Zaid Romero got a free kick in the 66th minute. Melchor Cordaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Froilan Mosen went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. MORPH's Froilan Mosen got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro in the 78th minute of play forced Shuspendemo's goalkeeper Melchor Cordaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melchor Cordaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo-Hernán Bareiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zaid Romero during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Shuspendemo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zaid Romero to maneuver through the defense. The MORPH supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Shuspendemo's performance. The match ended with a win for Shuspendemo.
