Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Zhao Yao Ying started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Nils-Åke Borre in the 24th minute really tested Joaquin Gayoso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 26th minute, Uruguay's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zhao Yao Ying fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Oldham Athletic getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Filippo Bobbio hit a great ball. Cristian-Federico Dolić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Hodei came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rdth minute of the game Zhao Yao Ying who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian-Federico Dolić in the 47th minute of play. Oldham Athletic's Guo Han Di played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Seco was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Maximiliano Escribano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zhao Yao Ying took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian-Federico Dolić's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 68th minute, Camilo Covarrubias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oldham Athletic made a substitution. Valter Abrahamsson replaced Anxo Cecilia. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Filippo Bobbio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Filippo Bobbio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhao Yao Ying in the 71st minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zhao Yao Ying went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Guo Han Di showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Zhao Yao Ying shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Maximiliano Escribano fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uruguay's protests and gave Maximiliano Escribano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Escribano to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhao Yao Ying, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
