Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhao Yue Cheng in the 3rd minute of the match. LUIZ PANATO's Zhao Yue Cheng got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 15 minutes, Zhao Yue Cheng managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LUIZ PANATO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhao Yue Cheng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Zhao Yue Cheng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Zhao Yue Cheng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Zhao Yue Cheng sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. Fellipe Cardozo charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fellipe Cardozo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, LUIZ PANATO's Fellipe Cardozo got a free kick in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Zhao Yue Cheng dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacobo Nores, 2-0. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Paraense went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Zhao Yue Cheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlando Paraense during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Orlando Paraense hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After 37 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Alan Campos. The supporters of Paraguay booed when LUIZ PANATO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fellipe Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orlando Paraense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guto Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Orlando Paraense managed to get in a good position for a shot. LUIZ PANATO's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Paraense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 47 minutes, Zhao Yue Cheng made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zhao Yue Cheng stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, LUIZ PANATO's Aki Guardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 59th minute of the match Gualter Camargo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacobo Nores showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 63rd minute, Zhao Yue Cheng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 66 minutes into the match, Zhao Yue Cheng had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zhao Yue Cheng was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 71st minute Aki Guardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aki Guardo in the 75th minute of play. Zhao Yue Cheng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Zhao Yue Cheng came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the LUIZ PANATO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zhao Yue Cheng couldn't finish the play. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zhao Yue Cheng went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 93 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Yue Cheng came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LUIZ PANATO's Aki Guardo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that LUIZ PANATO were the better team. LUIZ PANATO's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
