The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Paraguay:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS:s goal. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Benito Fiz managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jose Sanz in the 12 minute of the game. 16 minutes into the game, CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Enio Coelho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Enio Coelho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Jacobo Nores when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 20 in the game by Enio Coelho from a close distance when the talented Jacobo Nores managed to make a qualified save. Paraguay's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enio Coelho in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's attentive Benito Fiz managed to snatch the ball when Jose Sanz made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. After 32 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Escribano. Enio Coelho came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jacobo Nores could save by the left post. Hector Covarrubias's late challenge caught a CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hector Covarrubias helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enio Coelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS were awarded a corner. Prospero Jobo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Bernd Rechmann to fire away a dangerous shot which Jacobo Nores despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

In the 52nd minute, Enio Coelho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 54th minute, Enio Coelho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 57 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Enio Coelho came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernd Rechmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Sanz hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Ramón Furtado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. 73 minutes into the match, Ramón Furtado notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Ramón Furtado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Ramón Furtado sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. Jose Sanz hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ramón Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ramón Furtado might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramón Furtado ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atilano Idacio did an outstanding performance 89 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 12-0 to the right of an irritated Jacobo Nores in the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Ramón Furtado notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS were the better team. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
