PLUMIN's Albano Medardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save PLUMIN from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, PLUMIN's Albano Medardo got control of the ball when Mame Picka tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute, Lon Lanteigne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of PLUMIN booed when BRASIL.Sp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chico Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Durval Meireles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Durval Meireles during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The PLUMIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albano Medardo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mame Picka in the 73rd minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Albano Medardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albano Medardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval Meireles in the 75th minute of play.
