Claudinei Brito hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Oberst-Wilhelm Jääskeläinen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Giovanni de Toledo made a huge save. In the 8th minute, Flavio Emeterio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giovanni de Toledo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Flavio Emeterio could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Giovanni de Toledo however easily saved by the left post. PLUMIN's Albano Medardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chicão Corrêa in the 18th minute of play. Albano Medardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinei Brito in the 24th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Oberst-Wilhelm Jääskeläinen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PLUMIN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With an all-out effort, PLUMIN's Giovanni de Toledo threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jorge Cristofol, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 34 minutes into the game, Minotauro's Chicão Corrêa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albano Medardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Giovanni de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Benvide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucjan Lamczyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Giovanni de Toledo made a huge save. Albano Medardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimir Veiga in the 40th minute of play. Donato Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Medardo having to interfere. In the 45th minute of the match, Oberst-Wilhelm Jääskeläinen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Giovanni de Toledo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Claudinei Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Minotauro's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudinei Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albano Medardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oberst-Wilhelm Jääskeläinen to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oberst-Wilhelm Jääskeläinen in the 51st minute of play forced Minotauro's goalkeeper Giovanni de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giovanni de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Cristofol in the 56th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Romeu Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giovanni de Toledo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
