In the 4th minute, Monks in Robes's Rasmus Hindby ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Horea Hurmuzache. Horea Hurmuzache yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Rikki Oemann took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Horea Hurmuzache to make any attempt to save it. Horea Hurmuzache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mouritz Søjbjerg, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mouritz Søjbjerg in the 19th minute of play. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Aurelian Dragomir hit a great ball. Maurits Vesterherup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrei Arseni, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Rasmus Hindby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rikki Oemann fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monks in Robes's protests and gave Rikki Oemann a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of DINAMO booed when Monks in Robes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rikki Oemann didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in DINAMO's zone, Rasmus Hindby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horea Hurmuzache came out of the goal and Rasmus Hindby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Rikki Oemann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, DINAMO's Henric Casas tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

In the 53rd minute, Mouritz Søjbjerg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horea Hurmuzache was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The audience was convinced that Mouritz Søjbjerg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horea Hurmuzache was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After some careless play in the DINAMO defense, Mouritz Søjbjerg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horea Hurmuzache. The DINAMO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horea Hurmuzache should have stopped the shot. Rasmus Hindby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Horea Hurmuzache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Basarab Zburliş during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 75 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Zburliş. Rasmus Hindby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 minutes of play, Monks in Robes's Mouritz Søjbjerg made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horea Hurmuzache was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Monks in Robes's Harold Truesen got a free kick in the 88th minute. After 89 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Demian. Roger Hvitved received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Horea Hurmuzache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mouritz Søjbjerg in the 96th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DINAMO's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
