Ralf Frejst could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Raul Rähn made a huge save. 23 minutes into the game, Frode Numelin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Raul Rähn. Frode Numelin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Ralf Frejst came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Monks in Robes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralf Frejst couldn't finish the play. Reaalne Madrid CF's Raul Rähn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Remontiusen in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Reaalne Madrid CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Kjellberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frode Numelin to strike the kick off in the second half. Eiko Heinmaa's late challenge caught a Monks in Robes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eiko Heinmaa helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Reaalne Madrid CF getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Eiko Heinmaa hit a great ball. Raul Rähn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Frejst in the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Jimmy Remontiusen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Rähn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
