Rayland FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Egg Chasers FC the free kick. Primo Peramato kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Stonehouse got free with Basajaun Lecuona in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Ricki Gervais took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Basajaun Lecuona to make any attempt to save it. Basajaun Lecuona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricki Gervais in the 17th minute of play. If Ray Peña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricki Gervais in the 29th minute of play forced Rayland FC's goalkeeper Basajaun Lecuona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sarracino Caval fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rayland FC's protests and gave Sarracino Caval a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rayland FC's Sarracino Caval got a free kick in the 36th minute. Jay Mullen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 39th playminute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricki Gervais to make the kick off. After 52nd play minutes Ricki Gervais shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Basajaun Lecuona and just under the crossbar into goal. Basajaun Lecuona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jay Mullen in the 59th minute of the match. Bradley Longstaffe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primo Peramato in the 61st minute of play. Veremundo Najar's late challenge caught a Egg Chasers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Veremundo Najar helped the player get up and apologised. 66 minutes into the match, Ricki Gervais had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basajaun Lecuona. Rayland FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricki Gervais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 73rd match minute, Rayland FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Beteta to maneuver through the defense. Rayland FC's Basajaun Lecuona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jay Mullen in the 74th minute of play. Egg Chasers FC's Bradley Longstaffe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Egg Chasers FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Rayland FC booed when Egg Chasers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralf Morcom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bradley Longstaffe acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Filipe Beteta. 83 minutes into the match, Ricki Gervais had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basajaun Lecuona. Rayland FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricki Gervais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by John Bowden during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. John Bowden hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Damian Stonehouse kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Damian Stonehouse's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Basajaun Lecuona read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. There was no doubt that Egg Chasers FC were the better team. Egg Chasers FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
