The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Erubiel Cerilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. In the 20th minute Diamantino Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmed Long saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmed Long showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino Senna in the 20th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Vicente Balesio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cleto Frechoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 35 minutes into the match, CF Scalonetos's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Lira came free, but Ahmed Long reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's Dedê Freire got a free kick in the 36th minute. Ahmed Long made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Sanches in the 39th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Lucio Abajas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Diamantino Senna having to make a save. CF Scalonetos's Ahmed Long played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diamantino Senna in the 54th minute of play. Ahmed Long took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When CF Scalonetos's Cleto Frechoso in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Futbol Club RRFV's goalie prevented a goal. Ahmed Long made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Sanches in the 67th minute of play. The corner was taken by Marcel Hoffmann in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Diamantino Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erubiel Cerilo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Frechoso in the 77th minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Diamantino Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CF Scalonetos's attack was well implemented in the 77th minute, but when Cleto Frechoso was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Frechoso in the 79th minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Diamantino Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noel Pombal hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, CF Scalonetos's Raul Jaizki tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ahmed Long showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diamantino Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Erubiel Cerilo charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erubiel Cerilo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CF Scalonetos getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Erubiel Cerilo hit a great ball. After 92 minutes of play, Futbol Club RRFV's Leonel Sanches made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmed Long was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute, Erubiel Cerilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute of the match Dedê Freire sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmed Long skillfully saved the ball.
