An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Caetano in the 5th minute of play forced CF Scalonetos's goalkeeper Ahmed Long to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Pere hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Caetano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ahmed Long tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clodoveo Clementi scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmed Long, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cleto Frechoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. CF Scalonetos's Ahmed Long played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Clementi in the 30th minute of play. CLATHU's Bernabe Osorio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save CLATHU from getting a goal against them. Emanuel Mingo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Long having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erubiel Cerilo during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind CF Scalonetos's goalkeeper Ahmed Long, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Aprígio Tomé had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmed Long. CF Scalonetos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aprígio Tomé was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Teofilo Pere hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aprígio Tomé made a kick off. Raul Jaizki kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. CLATHU's Lucio Baladi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ahmed Long in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. CLATHU's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristóbal Colon in the 56th minute. A nice corner shot did that Cristóbal Colon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ahmed Long quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ahmed Long made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Clementi in the 62nd minute of play. Diego Manuelo kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, CF Scalonetos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Urtats to maneuver through the defense. Ahmed Long showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aprígio Tomé in the 75th minute of the match. Ahmed Long showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Clementi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Ahmed Long had great luck who in the 85thth minute grab hold of the ball when Aprígio Tomé from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Emanuel Mingo sped through CF Scalonetos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ahmed Long. After 94 played minutes CLATHU got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Pere. Emanuel Mingo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ahmed Long firmly grabbed it by the left post. CLATHU played a much better game than CF Scalonetos and deserved their victory. The CF Scalonetos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
