In the 7th minute Simon Txaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Fernado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Pombal in the 11th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santiago Gabon during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Futbol Club RRFV booed when Amelie FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Gabon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Louis hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Futbol Club RRFV's Marcel Hoffmann got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. César Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Santiago Gabon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute Leonel Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Fernado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Senna was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Aurelio Rubio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aurelio Rubio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 32 minutes into the game, Futbol Club RRFV's Kauã Lira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adolfo Fernado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 37th minute Diamantino Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Fernado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Noel Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Diamantino Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Ganix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Ganix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Senna having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Futbol Club RRFV's Kauã Lira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adolfo Fernado. That made the score 1-3 after 89 minutes of play. In the 95th match minute, Amelie FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Chico to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Futbol Club RRFV's Marcel Hoffmann in action when he in the 97th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Futbol Club RRFV's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
