A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Harvey Doyle hit a great ball. Jaroslaw Drapinski struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beskid. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Marshall Graham got a free kick in the 19th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florian Pankiewicz went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaroslaw Drapinski in the 29th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florian Pankiewicz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Bruno Barrett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaroslaw Drapinski in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute Florian Pankiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Drapinski in the 38th minute of play. Bruno Barrett was a little too slow when Jaroslaw Drapinski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 5-0. 45 minutes into the game, Jaroslaw Drapinski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett. Jaroslaw Drapinski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Beskid fully deserved thier win.
