Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilbert Godefroid. In the 4th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, Gilbert Godefroid notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Froilan Donostia in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Gilbert Godefroid received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Gilbert Godefroid slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 11th minute. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Donostia in the 14th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Froilan Donostia took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute of the match SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV got a corner. Costa Rica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felipe Olivar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Florencio Cutberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 27th minute of play. Felipe Olivar struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV. In the 38th minute, Froilan Donostia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Donostia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Froilan Donostia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 7-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axel Tasis to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Eliseo Noboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the game, SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Froilan Donostia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Dave Signoretti got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Froilan Donostia took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Froilan Donostia managed to get in a good position for a shot. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Donostia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Donostia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner ended in Felipe Olivar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz did a great save. 74 minutes into the game, Felipe Olivar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Francesco Abbagnale was substituted for Gilbert Godefroid. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV made a substitution. Mats Linqvist replaced Dave Signoretti. When Alan Moruga fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Alan Moruga a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. After having played for 85 minutes, Mats Linqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mats Linqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Linqvist in the 85th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 minutes of play, SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Mats Linqvist made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Linqvist in the 93rd minute of play. Mats Linqvist struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV. 96 minutes into the game, Mats Linqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV fully deserved thier win.
