Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Marc Fastesson sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the match, RullaBoll's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Matildo Fillol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivar Sundström hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marc Fastesson in the 16th minute of play. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after RullaBoll's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Matildo Fillol despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 31st minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matildo Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matildo Fillol. RullaBoll's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 37th minute, Dennis Zlatanović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute Jan Hjeltman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Marc Fastesson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

RullaBoll's Jakob Berglund was substituted for Kurt Fristedt. Jens-Ola Lindberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. After having played for 57 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matildo Fillol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matildo Fillol. Matildo Fillol yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. The audience was convinced that Jens-Ola Lindberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Fastesson in the 77th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jan Hjeltman during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when RullaBoll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Hjeltman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador played a much better game than RullaBoll and deserved their victory. The RullaBoll players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
