Yassine Bounou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. BK Falcon's Yassine Bounou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 8th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Agustín Saelices left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 18 minutes into the match, BK Falcon's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Yassine Bounou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Richard Finman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Falcon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After 22 minutes of play, Ecuador's Luis Andino made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yassine Bounou was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, BK Falcon's Fredric Malm got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 31st minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yassine Bounou was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. If Charles Vestlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after BK Falcon's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Felix Montes made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that BK Falcon's Yassine Bounou managed to reach the ball for a save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Finman in the 42nd minute of the match. After 43 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hubert Kvist who took care of the corner kick. Juan Sebastián Puig tried in the 44th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Julio Vera a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-4. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute Richard Finman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 52nd minute of play forced BK Falcon's goalkeeper Yassine Bounou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. BK Falcon's Yassine Bounou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 55th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Finman in the 58th minute of the match. In the 61stth minute of the game Richard Finman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yassine Bounou having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maksymilian Prus in the 63rd minute of the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Yassine Bounou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BK Falcon's Tobias Forsell was substituted for Hubert Kvist. In the 85th minute Richard Finman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredric Malm hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind BK Falcon's goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The BK Falcon fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
