Adriano Carneiro came out of the goal and Moises Fernandino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Rodrigo Garro made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelsinho Koehler in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Jesus Carvallo got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's Beraldo Soberano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Abram Luque hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Luque in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adriano Carneiro saved MAZER SAF from getting behind. In the 25th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 25 minutes on the clock, Amadeu Senna commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 24 minutes into the game, one of MAZER SAF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. MAZER SAF:s Adriano Carneiro showed great skill when he stopped Mateo Leguizamo:s penalty. Adriano Carneiro came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo. But to his dismay, Mateo Leguizamo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Nelsinho Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dedê Mota could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. The throw-in from Aílton Paraíba in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by El Salvador's Valentino Ferrant. When MAZER SAF's Nelsinho Koehler in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelsinho Koehler in the 40th minute of play. Ricardo Zorita had great luck who in the 43rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Nelsinho Koehler from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelsinho Koehler in the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Nelsinho Koehler took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. If Dedê Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Berger in the 57th minute of play. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelsinho Koehler in the 63rd minute of the match. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Moises Fernandino hit a great ball. The supporters of MAZER SAF booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Yepes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's Beraldo Soberano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nelsinho Koehler, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 76 played minutes MAZER SAF got a freekick which was hit by Dedê Mota. 77 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Nelsinho Koehler came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nelsinho Koehler, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Rodrigo Garro hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 81st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Adriano Carneiro but with some difficulty. 84 minutes into the game, Jesus Carvallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MAZER SAF the free kick. In the 85th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the game, MAZER SAF's Nelsinho Koehler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Dedê Mota struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Ricardo Zorita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MAZER SAF. In the 91st minute Dudu Berger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelsinho Koehler in the 93rd minute of play. When Marco Tamayo fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Salvador's protests and gave Marco Tamayo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd minute, Marco Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nelsinho Koehler took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MAZER SAF fully deserved thier win.
