Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Amboy FC's Valerio Spadoni started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bruce Cornforth hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 10th minute of the match. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Valerio Spadoni tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Santino Seco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ariel Mourelatos. Amboy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santino Seco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The Colombia fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Colombia's Abram Sarmiento looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 20 minutes, Luis Cazalla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colombia and the Amboy FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Sha Quan in the 21st minute of play. Valerio Spadoni who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Pedro Manzanares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bruce Cornforth made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Shi Sha Quan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valerio Spadoni got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bruce Cornforth hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Valerio Spadoni dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares, 2-2. Colombia's attentive Antonio Indiano managed to snatch the ball when Cornelio Rius made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santino Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Ruperto Modestio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amboy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruperto Modestio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. Kevin Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Valerio Spadoni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Valerio Spadoni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valerio Spadoni in the 56th minute of the match. Cornelio Rius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amboy FC made a substitution. Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán replaced Valerio Spadoni. In the 60th minute, Mario Alberto Abascal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Sha Quan in the 62nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Alberto Abascal in the 63rd minute of play. After 70 minutes of play, Amboy FC's Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruce Cornforth during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Colombia booed when Amboy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 82ndth minute of the game Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute, Ignacio Mastache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ariel Mourelatos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Ruperto Modestio put it in 4-3 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Manzanares. In the 88th minute, Santino Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ariel Mourelatos made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Kevin Mastache sent off a good shot on target.
