An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 34th minute of play forced FC Draconia's goalkeeper Jerome Ngake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anthony Alvarado hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerome Ngake prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragutin Kasaikin in the 51st minute of play. In the 55th minute Benny Hill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Jerome Ngake in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jerome Ngake made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benny Hill in the 65th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Draconia's Jerome Ngake got control of the ball when Luz Tejedor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jerome Ngake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. FC Draconia's Gregoire Decorte got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerome Ngake prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Draconia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eliseo Mina 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Jerome Ngake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 92nd minute of the match. Rafael Gallo took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerome Ngake. Jerome Ngake dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Peru walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
