Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niculae Martinescu in the 7th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Olivier Gilg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olivier Gilg did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Dante Lacasa 14 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Roberto Lopes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Chico Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DIPLOMATA FC PAB made a substitution. Délio Furtado replaced Alan Franco. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Dante Lacasa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 44th minute DIPLOMATA FC PAB were awarded a corner. Song Xiong Hong went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 46th match minute, DIPLOMATA FC PAB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Augusto Lara to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Mexico booed when DIPLOMATA FC PAB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Betinho Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olivier Gilg to strike the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Chico Donato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55thth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Chico Donato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Chico Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Olivier Gilg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olivier Gilg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Donato having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Chico Donato successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 68 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Chico Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Chico Donato could save by the left post. 72 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Chico Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Chico Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Roberto Lopes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. DIPLOMATA FC PAB made a substitution. Rodrigo Cisterna replaced Délio Furtado. Chico Donato made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olivier Gilg in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 90th minute of play forced DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Chico Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because DIPLOMATA FC PAB had won, even though Mexico had held more of the ball.
