Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedé Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dedé Correia. The supporters of Garopaba F.C booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joshua Miralles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camilo Freixa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wambasther Özil in the 12th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Benito Madrid was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Garopaba F.C the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejandro Villa during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wambasther Özil who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Camilo Freixa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Wambasther Özil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Freixa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Alfonso de la Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Orlando da Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Nicolas Bueno came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Garopaba F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Bueno couldn't finish the play. Camilo Freixa was a little too slow when Nicolas Bueno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 1-0. A collision led to Garopaba F.C getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Marconi Galvan hit a great ball. After 47 played minutes Garopaba F.C got a freekick which was hit by Dante Jerano. Garopaba F.C's Rogelio Urtungo was substituted for Wambasther Özil. Dante Jerano kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

52 minutes into the game, Rogelio Urtungo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mario Fernandino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orlando da Cunha having to make a save. In the 59th minute of the match Dante Jerano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camilo Freixa skillfully saved the ball. Benito Madrid was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 60th minute, Benito Madrid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Rogelio Urtungo sped through Bolivia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. Dedé Correia scored 6-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Freixa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute, Dedé Correia made a precise shot to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Urtungo in the 78th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Rogelio Urtungo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Camilo Freixa was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Nicolas Bueno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Urtungo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Dedé Correia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivia's zone, Rogelio Urtungo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal and Rogelio Urtungo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Urtungo in the 89th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
