The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes in the game, Sultan-Mehmet Khan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. Sultan-Mehmet Khan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Ricardo Zorita skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 8th minute Franck Gamel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Salvador's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Sultan-Mehmet Khan 13 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 16th minute, Sultan-Mehmet Khan made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Abram Luque charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abram Luque the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abram Luque to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Sultan-Mehmet Khan came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lorenzo Yepes's late challenge caught a ✩ Pep Team ✩'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lorenzo Yepes helped the player get up and apologised. Meng Yao Ao's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Ricardo Zorita - 3-0 was put on the score board in the 23rd minute. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Valentino Ferrant hit a great ball. The long shot by Jakov Bundev in the 28th minute really tested Ricardo Zorita's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Marco Tamayo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Sultan-Mehmet Khan had several of the El Salvador's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Ricardo Zorita as he didn't even see the shot coming. With his leg Ricardo Zorita managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when ✩ Pep Team ✩'s Sultan-Mehmet Khan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jakov Bundev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sultan-Mehmet Khan in the 43rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sultan-Mehmet Khan got free with Ricardo Zorita in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sultan-Mehmet Khan to make the kick off. Sultan-Mehmet Khan scored 7-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The ✩ Pep Team ✩ fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when ✩ Pep Team ✩'s Sultan-Mehmet Khan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 67 minutes, Jimmy Hjälm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ✩ Pep Team ✩'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jimmy Hjälm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franck Gamel in the 69th minute of play. Gustavo Mourato scored 9-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jimmy Hjälm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Sultan-Mehmet Khan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. After having played for 80 minutes, Franck Gamel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ✩ Pep Team ✩'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Franck Gamel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of El Salvador booed when ✩ Pep Team ✩ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sultan-Mehmet Khan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sultan-Mehmet Khan went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. Franck Gamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sultan-Mehmet Khan, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franck Gamel in the 96th minute of play. The supporters of ✩ Pep Team ✩ booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abram Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ✩ Pep Team ✩ fully deserved thier win.
