In the 4th minute Barry Zalm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paiboon Permpol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 played minutes Flashdynamica got a freekick which was hit by Michael Scott. Paiboon Permpol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koen Poels in the 16th minute of the match. With a little luck, Sheffield FC1857's Paiboon Permpol got control of the ball when Michael Scott tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paiboon Permpol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Barry Zalm in the 22nd minute. Michael Scott could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Paiboon Permpol made a huge save. 27 minutes into the game, Sumethee Kanishthajata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sheffield FC1857's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flashdynamica the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sheffield FC1857's Sumethee Kanishthajata got a free kick in the 27th minute. Paiboon Permpol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michael Scott in the 28th minute. Hendrik-Jan Krommert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kachakon Vibulpan in the 30th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sheffield FC1857 defense, Barry Zalm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paiboon Permpol. The Sheffield FC1857 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paiboon Permpol should have stopped the shot. Paiboon Permpol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barry Zalm, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Paiboon Permpol made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Michael Scott sent off a good shot on target. Hendrik-Jan Krommert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kachakon Vibulpan in the 39th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kachakon Vibulpan was the one to do the kick off. Michael Scott took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paiboon Permpol. Paiboon Permpol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 57th minute, Gavril Stejaru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hendrik-Jan Krommert was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. With a little luck, Flashdynamica's Hendrik-Jan Krommert got control of the ball when Thiradet Jutaviriya tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, Sheffield FC1857 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakdipat Klangprapan to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Michael Scott left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flashdynamica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. After a defensive mix-up in Sheffield FC1857's zone, Xavi Simons stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paiboon Permpol came out of the goal and Xavi Simons tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
