After taking down the ball on Burriss's corner Truman Hinton fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hans-Joachim Amerhauser quite easily take care of the ball. Sakarias Berggren had great luck who in the 30thth minute grab hold of the ball when Christian Kellbom from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobrin Cormoran in the 36th minute of play. When Burriss's Dobrin Cormoran in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Bryan Kant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Forza Heppenbach made a substitution. Stephan Appiah replaced Karl-Michael Almqvist. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Burriss's goalkeeper Sakarias Berggren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christian Kellbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Burriss would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
