Benito Naldos short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Jacobo Nores to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Benito Naldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benito Naldo ran back to his position shaking his head. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Naldo went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Alejo Marcones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Naldo came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Leo Lesardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Madison booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iker Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leo Lesardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Madison's Benito Naldo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacobo Nores. That made the score 3-0 after 29 minutes of play. If Benito Naldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Madison's Mete Gol dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaime Pardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Naldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Benito Naldo put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Madison fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Madison's Mete Gol looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A throw-in in the 61st minute of the game was made by Henri Ladva with Ás Ronaldo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Iker Tafalla charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iker Tafalla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st minute, one of Paraguay:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Paraguay. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Lesardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Primitivo Escribano during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Escribano to maneuver through the defense. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Benito Naldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mete Gol took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. The supporters of Madison booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iker Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Hector Covarrubias hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Madison fans cheered their team off the field, for while Paraguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
