Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Mietus, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute Mario Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Mietus in the 5th minute of play. Ignacio Telo made a great header on Club Sportivo Quilmes's corner, it was just that Bolivia's Camilo Freixa managed to reach the ball for a save. Club Sportivo Quilmes were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Bolivia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Waldemar Przybylo took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Sebastian Verón heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 11 minutes into the game, Benito Madrid was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Sportivo Quilmes the free kick. A collision led to Bolivia getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Benito Madrid hit a great ball. Radomil Mietus had several of the Bolivia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Camilo Freixa as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radomil Mietus got free with Camilo Freixa in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnold Ponk went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Bolivia's Julio Chicote quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Samuel Medero, made in the 25th minute of the game. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Mietus in the 28th minute of play. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Mietus in the 29th minute of play. Edmílson Martins who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Camilo Freixa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Bolivia from getting a goal against them. The Club Sportivo Quilmes fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Club Sportivo Quilmes's Radomil Mietus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 39 minutes, Radomil Mietus made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Radomil Mietus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Camilo Freixa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 44 minutes into the game, Radomil Mietus lined in a short shot 5-0 behind a frustrated Camilo Freixa. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Mario Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Eduardo Fontirroig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Radomil Mietus made a precise shot to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Radomil Mietus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Sportivo Quilmes's supporters rose to their feet, but Radomil Mietus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Freixa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute, Julio Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Sportivo Quilmes made a substitution. Emanuel Ladio replaced Silverio Chuan. Julio Chicote hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Francisco Gallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Sportivo Quilmes the free kick. David Oihan took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. After 81 minutes of play, Club Sportivo Quilmes's David Oihan made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Freixa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 84th play minutes David Oihan shot 11-0, a short shot which went by Camilo Freixa and just under the crossbar into goal. David Oihan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes Club Sportivo Quilmes got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Telo. 91 minutes into the game, David Oihan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 94th minute, Edmílson Martins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Sportivo Quilmes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Club Sportivo Quilmes had played much better football throughout.
