Iacob Povară took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marin Mereacre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silviu Latarețu in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Codruț Romulus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 13 minutes into the match, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goal looked a bit too open when Avram Beșliu came free, but Iacob Povară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Avram Beșliu kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Iacob Povară made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Cartiș in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Cartiș in the 24th minute of play forced F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's goalkeeper Iacob Povară to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The nice shot from Iosif Găman in the 26thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Codruț Romulus had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 27th minute F.C CLUJ MEDICINA were awarded a corner. Luca Pancu went to the cornerflag to take it. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Luca Pancu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Codruț Romulus in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 34th minute, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Silviu Latarețu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Luca Pancu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Codruț Romulus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Silviu Latarețu sped through Hope AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Codruț Romulus. After having played for 41 minutes, Luca Pancu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Pancu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iacob Povară stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Avram Beșliu's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute.

Iosif Găman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Codruț Romulus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Luca Pancu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Hope AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Silviu Latarețu came free, but Codruț Romulus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Codruț Romulus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luca Pancu went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After 59 played minutes Hope AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Luke. Codruț Romulus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iosif Găman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Iosif Găman made a precise shot to the right of Codruț Romulus. Hope AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Francisc Ciocoiu was substituted for Iosif Găman. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Gheorghe Bociort was substituted for Silviu Latarețu. The F.C CLUJ MEDICINA fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Gheorghe Bociort looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Avram Beșliu hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Hope AFC's Avram Beșliu got a free kick in the 70th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Hope AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of F.C CLUJ MEDICINA:s goal. The referee gave F.C CLUJ MEDICINA a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luca Pancu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hope AFC's Codruț Romulus. 8-0. In the 78th minute, Francisc Ciocoiu made a precise shot to the right of Codruț Romulus. Hope AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Gheorghe Bociort took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Codruț Romulus. Codruț Romulus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gheorghe Bociort in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Codruț Romulus saved Hope AFC from getting behind. Hope AFC's Codruț Romulus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Ciocoiu in the 86th minute of play. Gheorghe Bociort received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Codruț Romulus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Codruț Romulus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Bociort in the 90th minute of the match. When Iulian Nicorici fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's protests and gave Iulian Nicorici a yellow card for diving instead. After 91 played minutes F.C CLUJ MEDICINA got a freekick which was hit by Iulian Nicorici. A collision led to F.C CLUJ MEDICINA getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Paul Bogătan hit a great ball. Luca Pancu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Codruț Romulus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
