Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gryffindor Lions's Angel Isusko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Gatwick City's Oscar Vestberg got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 狄迪傲 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Froilan Sancho having to make a save. Gatwick City's attentive Marty Brooks managed to snatch the ball when Sixto Berasko made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. Alvaro Cutberto made in the 14th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mauricio Eneas immediately put the ball in play. Okanalp Tuncer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Eneas, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 狄迪傲s short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Froilan Sancho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Gryffindor Lions's Froilan Sancho got control of the ball when 狄迪傲 tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute Ulises Mosen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okanalp Tuncer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Gatwick City's Wojciech Kostka seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Wojciech Kostka the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gatwick City protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Wojciech Kostka had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Gryffindor Lions booed when Gatwick City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wojciech Kostka didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Bartolo Cordero came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Gryffindor Lions fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Cordero couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Nicolas Sarmento dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Froilan Sancho, 1-0. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Angel Isusko sped through Gatwick City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Okanalp Tuncer. In the 39th minute, Bartolo Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Froilan Sancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 狄迪傲 in the 40th minute of the match. 狄迪傲 spun around in front of the goal 40 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Gryffindor Lions's goal. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gryffindor Lions's goalkeeper Froilan Sancho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Mauricio Eneas came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Gryffindor Lions fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Eneas couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 狄迪傲 to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Gryffindor Lions's goal looked a bit too open when 狄迪傲 came free, but Froilan Sancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gatwick City's Tero Immonen got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute 狄迪傲 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Sancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salvador Oroitz's late challenge caught a Gatwick City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salvador Oroitz helped the player get up and apologised. Salvador Oroitz hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Chip Haley struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Froilan Sancho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gatwick City. Chip Haley, 66 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Salvador Oroitz hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Okanalp Tuncer was a little too slow when Mauricio Eneas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Gryffindor Lions's zone, 狄迪傲 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Sancho came out of the goal and 狄迪傲 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the match, Gryffindor Lions's goal looked a bit too open when 狄迪傲 came free, but Froilan Sancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tero Immonen hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Gryffindor Lions's Bartolo Cordero couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gatwick City. An unexpectedly hard shot by 狄迪傲 in the 83rd minute of play forced Gryffindor Lions's goalkeeper Froilan Sancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Froilan Sancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 狄迪傲, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute Ulises Mosen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okanalp Tuncer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by 狄迪傲 in the 94th minute of play forced Gryffindor Lions's goalkeeper Froilan Sancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Gatwick City defense, Ulises Mosen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Okanalp Tuncer. The Gatwick City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Okanalp Tuncer should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Gatwick City lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
