The A.A FÊNIX fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when A.A FÊNIX's Mario Marquez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 14th minute, Kauã Arruda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the game, Wiliam Peren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Silvano Lohitzun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alexander Pérez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Castulo in the 19th minute of the match. Edgardo Gonzalez struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Silvano Lohitzun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Roque FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardo Dantae during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to A.A FÊNIX getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Bernardo Dantae hit a great ball. Silvano Lohitzun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurel Zelený, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. A hard shot 27 in the game by Mario Marquez from a close distance when the talented Alexander Pérez managed to make a qualified save. San Roque FC's players were relieved. Bernardo Dantae kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Silvano Lohitzun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgardo Gonzalez went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Silvano Lohitzun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Zelený in the 35th minute of the match. Silvano Lohitzun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Gonzalez in the 36th minute of play. The A.A FÊNIX fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when A.A FÊNIX's Mario Marquez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mario Marquezs short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Alexander Pérez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, San Roque FC's Alexander Pérez got control of the ball when Amancio Castulo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After some careless play in the A.A FÊNIX defense, Wiliam Peren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvano Lohitzun. The A.A FÊNIX fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvano Lohitzun should have stopped the shot. Silvano Lohitzun made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Aurel Zelený sent off a good shot on target. 68 minutes into the game, Cristo Beti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.A FÊNIX's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Roque FC the free kick. 70 minutes into the game, Edgardo Gonzalez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Silvano Lohitzun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 3-5 became the score in the 81st minute when Mario Marquez elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Elvio Fanuco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Pérez was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Cristo Beti kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Wiliam Peren took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvano Lohitzun. Silvano Lohitzun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-6. In the 93rd minute, one of San Roque FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for San Roque FC. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for A.A FÊNIX. Bernardo Dantae stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alexander Pérez. 4-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurel Zelený in the 98th minute of play forced A.A FÊNIX's goalkeeper Silvano Lohitzun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over San Roque FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than A.A FÊNIX throughout the match.
