With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thiago Pliego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner ended in Evgeniy Kobeko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chile's Thiago Pliego did a great save. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Mikhail Hromchenko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Mikhail Hromchenko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikhail Hromchenko in the 10th minute of play. Dynamite were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Evgeniy Kobeko took the corner. The corner led Dynamite's Evgeniy Kobeko to fire away a dangerous shot which Thiago Pliego despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Filimon Nesterenko's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Thiago Pliego skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 15 played minutes Dynamite got a freekick which was hit by Filimon Nesterenko. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dynamite's Matvey Epanchin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 29th minute. Mikhail Hromchenko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Thiago Pliego made a huge save. In the 34th minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Filimon Nesterenko sent off a good shot on target. Filimon Nesterenko's late challenge caught a Chile's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filimon Nesterenko helped the player get up and apologised. After 39 played minutes Dynamite got a freekick which was hit by Filimon Nesterenko. In the 41st minute, Leonid Kapustin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matvey Epanchin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Francisco Carballar hit a great ball. In the 56th minute Mikhail Hromchenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikhail Hromchenko in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Mikhail Hromchenko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. A well-hit corner resulted in Mikhail Hromchenko heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 67 minutes into the match, Dynamite's goalkeeper Matvey Epanchin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikhail Hromchenko in the 68th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, Dynamite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonid Kapustin to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Filimon Nesterenko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. After 74 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Fontirroig. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Matvey Epanchin in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 79 minutes Dynamite's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. Chile's Guillermo Fontirroig was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matvey Epanchin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dynamite's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Xavier Figueroa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Matvey Epanchin quite easily take care of the ball. Matvey Epanchin made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Orlando Casaus sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th match minute, Dynamite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonid Kapustin to maneuver through the defense. The Dynamite fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when Dynamite's Mikhail Hromchenko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chile players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dynamite.
